With several years of experience, you provide our customers with the right information. As a point of contact, you receive questions about orders, delivery times and products. You advise customers about our products and ensure that the digital order processing and systems are in order every day. You are a sharp guardian of the planning and anticipate deviations.
Our customers are used to receiving an order confirmation within 24 hours. Your reports are clear and on time. In short, you have the customer service process at your fingertips from A to Z, you like dynamics and a lot of variety in your work.
As a Senior Customer Service Employee, you are an important link within the team and you show ownership in your work too. In addition, you support the Customer Service & Operational Manager and, in her absence, you are the first in line in terms of management of the team. You work together with colleagues in the Netherlands and Poland.
Your extensive experience in Customer Service makes you a communicative and organizational all-rounder. You are aware of your impact on the, often long-term, relationship with our customers. You convey your message clearly and you work accurately and in a structured manner.
You set high standards for the quality of your work and act accordingly. You think and act customer-oriented. Does something go wrong? Don't worry, you always have a solution ready - and probably a smile too.
You are used to working with an ERP system (Exact is a plus), MS Office and in particular with Excel. You speak and write fluent Dutch and English. French and/or German is a plus.
