Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)

As a major company with an important role in Dutch and European society, we would like to endorse the importance of openness, transparency and corporate social responsibility. Air Spiralo is very proud that, in 2013, we became one of the first manufacturers in the ventilation sector to be CSR-certified.

And we have not rested on our laurels since then! By installing solar panels on our buildings in Schagen, we generate over 30% of the electricity used by the whole Air Spiralo Group. This means we have one of the largest solar-panel roofs in the province of Noord-Holland.

By implementing a variety of energy-saving measures, we have also done our very best at our offices in Schagen: they have been awarded an A+++ energy label. By 2030, our aim is to at least generate all the electricity that we need for our operations.

However, corporate social enterprise is about more than just focusing on energy. Air Spiralo would like to create an appropriate and safe working environment for all employees. We pay a lot of attention to preventing work-related accidents, which is why we also implement a “Zero accidents” policy. All our employees must be able to return home safely after their working day. And we offer a working environment where everyone can be themselves, and feel safe, heard and appreciated when doing so.
