Financial administration internship

Air Spiralo^® has a leading position in the ventilation industry. We are renowned for our quality, fast delivery times and excellent delivery reliability. For example, our professional financial team is responsible for all matters related to administration, billing and payments.

What you will be doing

• Booking purchase invoices using scansys
• Booking banks
• Time registration for production/warehouse
• Filling our reports
• Archiving
• Assisting with the monthly accounts

What you bring to the table

• You are in the second or third year of the MBO level-4 Business Administration programme
• You are flexible, accurate and eager to learn
• You love working with numbers
• You takes initiative
• You have a good command verbal and written command of Dutch and English.
• You have experience with Word, Excel and PowerPoint

You are stationed in Schagen and you work flexible hours between 07.30 and 18.00. We also facilitate working from home.

You will receive an internship allowance and a public transport allowance if you do not have a public transport card of your own. These and all other conditions will be recorded in an internship agreement.
