The DK Roof jet cowl is designed for air extraction above the roof. The air is accelerated upwards by the built-in water trap that allows the air to blow around it. The cowl has a connection that fits over the Spiralo duct and must be fixed inside the duct with quicks every 100 mm or so.
There is a rain collector inside, and the water is discharged through the plastic tubing in the cowl. When using a roof jet cowl, the cowl must be placed over the duct using the connection and fixed using evenly spaced quicks every 100 mm. The cowl has a temporary cover for transportation. This cover protects against dirt and must be removed before use.
