Our ICT infrastructure is a vital aspect of our business operations. Within the Group, our ICT team is responsible for keeping our systems up to date and providing user support.

What you will be doing

As an intern, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of our ICT services.

• Supporting users and providing professional services to our clients
• Resolving malfunctions and issues in a client-friendly manner and correctly recording these incidents in our ticket system
• Conducting daily monitoring activities and safeguarding our ICT processes
• Rolling out and maintaining software
• Network and software troubleshooting
• Taking part in ICT projects

What you bring to the table

• You are enrolled in the MBO level-4 IT System and Devices programme
• You are enthusiastic and passionate about pursuing a career in ICT
• You take initiative
• You have experience with Microsoft Office and Microsoft operating systems
• You have a good verbal and written command of Dutch and English.

You will get a versatile internship position in a small and close-knit team. You will have the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and experience and develop on a personal and professional level. You are stationed in Schagen and you work flexible hours between 07.30 and 18.00. We also facilitate working from home.

You will receive an internship allowance and a public transport allowance if you do not have a public transport card of your own. These and all other conditions will be recorded in an internship agreement.
